Cancellation and Refund Policies
General Cancellations
All Appointment Cancellations (except Skills Exams) must be done within 24 hours. To cancel a Skills Exam, student must let us know within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in payment being forfeited- if the student would like to reschedule, they will need to pay again in order to do so. Students may cancel this by emailing, calling, or leaving a voicemail.
Drivers Ed Cancellations/Refunds
Once the traffic safety course has started and the student has attended one class, there will be no refund.
If the student needs to withdraw from the course for unexpected reasons, the refund of their tuition will be prorated, depending on the number of sessions attended. Prior to the first class session, a full refund, minus a $50.00 handling fee, will be given to all withdrawing students. Once a student has begun the classroom phase, they will receive a prorated refund of the course cost, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Students withdrawing for unexpected reasons may transfer their remaining tuition to another block session by paying a $50.00 transfer fee.
General Refunds
If a student no longers wants to go through with their service, they may cancel 24 hrs (48hr for Skills) ahead of their appointment and will be able to request a full refund. Cancellations under 24 hrs will not be eligible for refunds as they will be forfeited. Please allow 5-9 business days for any refunds. By purchasing, you agree to these policies made by Street Safe Driving School.
